Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage device policies using Microsoft Intune to ensure security.
- Deploy and manage applications, software updates, and monitor device health.
- Implement conditional access policies for secure access.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for device issues, focusing on enrollment, configuration, and security.
- Automate Intune management with scripts to improve efficiency.
- Oversee device lifecycle management, from acquisition to retirement.
- Ensure app protection policies are enforced on company and BYOD devices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and document processes, providing training where necessary.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Intune, application deployment, security policies, and device management.
- Strong automation skills (scripting) and knowledge of security compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- NATO Secret clearance or equivalent.
