Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to support the development of our products and service and translate the strategic vision into execution across our portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in shaping the future of our product and service portfolio, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to Diaceutics growth and success. You will be responsible for working alongside all key product managers, data, commercial, marketing and technology stakeholders to ensure the continued success and growth of these solutions. You will be a key part of our future product solutions and will support the Product Management team with thought leadership as well as interacting with customers and customer-facing teams to gather market intelligence and validate current approaches.


The Product Manager will have solid experience of product management activities and a demonstrated ability to understand market challenges and users’ needs for developing successful solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role requires experience in cocreating and collaborating to develop and deliver product and service plans with the support of a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Manage existing products and services in the Diaceutics portfolio by integrating the customer need / feedback in the product development cycle
  • Support the development of and communication of a compelling product and service vision and strategy for data products aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends
  • Support the development of a comprehensive product roadmap for Diaceutics products and services with solid industry and product management knowledge that prioritizes features and enhancements to deliver exceptional value to customers
  • Continuously analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine and evolve the product and services strategy
  • Work cross functionally within the business to ensure product development alignment with SME’s, Sales and Marketing

Product Development and Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product and service commercial lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
  • Review and prioritize product specifications with the support of the Head of Product and work with the data and technology teams to define charters in line with the above
  • Collaborate closely with SME’s, engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver successful product and service releases that meet customer needs
  • Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and user insights to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement
  • Seek approval from the Head of Product on key product decisions and deliverables
  • Work with the Go-To-Market, Global Sales and Marketing teams on marketing material and marketing campaigns ahead of launch

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate product and service updates, successes, and challenges to internal teams, external partners, and customers
  • Educate internal stakeholders (e.g. commercial and marketing teams) on data, technology, platform and new product and service opportunities

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Champion a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and pain points to inform product decisions and enhancements
  • Foster a customer-first mentality within the product team, ensuring that user feedback is consistently integrated into product iterations
  • Set up and run Product Advisory User Groups
  • Monitor sales performance and usage after launch, services, customer and prospect feedback
  • On occasion, represent Diaceutics by presenting at industry conferences, exhibitions, user meetings and undertaking joint visits with the global sales team to demonstrate products to prospects and customers

Innovation and Market Awareness:

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
  • With the support of the Head of Product identify new market opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore potential product expansions or new offerings

Key Attributes Required:

  • People Skills: demonstrable experience of working as part of a cross-functional team with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Customer Service / External Impact: demonstrable experience of understanding customer and market trends, with the ability to translate these into requirements for development.
  • Decision-Making: the individual will lead complex decision making across multiple stakeholders and take responsibility for outcomes
  • Initiative and Independence: the individual should be able to build out product development processes to meet the needs for customers, stakeholders and leadership

Knowledge and Specialist Skills:

  • Education – bachelor's degree in a science field; MBA (Masters Business Administrator) or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Product Management role ideally with relevant industry experience
  • Candidates with strong Life Sciences and Healthcare data and SaaS platform experience
  • Managed and commercialised end-to-end drug development SaaS platforms
  • Proven experience of launching new products and growing products in terms of users and revenue
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-culturally in a remote global matrix environment
  • Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Confident and proactive, with outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Computer and software Knowledge and Skills – Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user of Excel and PowerPoint.
