What You’ll Have (ideally) Done

• Strong background and understanding of Salesforce
• Experience leading and line-managing a team of 5-10 Salesforce developers
• Passionate about creating impact through empowering others and believe in supportive and humble leadership.
• A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about combining technical skills with management expertise
