Role overview

We are looking for a Product Specialist who wants to make a difference to health care professionals, residents, and their families. As Product Specialist at Sensio, you will work closely with our clients to ensure that our products assist care staff in delivering quality care. In the UK team, you will have the most technically focused role, dealing with the most challenging tech issues.


In order to succeed, we believe you have experience working with technology in a customer-facing role. As Sensio is on a growth journey, we believe that the right candidate will have to be curious about technology and grow with Sensio – learning new things as the complexity of our products increases.


The UK team at Sensio is distributed, and the Product Specialist will split their time between home office and client locations. Initially, a fair bit of traveling will be expected in this role. Currently, Sensio has 7 dedicated team members in the UK.


The position reports to the Head of Delivery at Sensio UK.


Key responsibilities

  • Being the technical expert in the Sensio UK team
  • Supporting on technical challenges, both internally and externally
  • Creating and maintaining procedures and documentation
  • Advanced configuration
  • Troubleshooting
  • Quality assurance


Qualifications

  • A keen interest in technology – you are curious and eager to learn new things
  • Experience using Linux operative systems
  • Experience writing simple queries and scripts
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Formal education within IT is a plus
