We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Engineering team, responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences for our innovative software products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the product development process, from initial concept through to final implementation. You will work closely with our teams to ensure our products not only meet user needs but also align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces for our products;
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on design goals and project requirements;
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively;
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artefacts to inform and guide the design process;
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the team and organisation;
- Ensure the design is consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identity;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products competitive and innovative.
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Web3 and dApp experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects, identify problems, and formulate solutions independently;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams;
- Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
