- Referral Partner Sourcing: Identify and recruit qualified referral partners who can bring high-quality leads to our B2B clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners to ensure ongoing engagement and success.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and referral partners, staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client acquisition, and referral partner performance.
- Experience: Preferably 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in B2B or SaaS companies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and tasks effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): Candidates must have fast internet access and a proper laptop to perform their work.
