Responsibilities
- Develop a WordPress job board website from scratch or customize existing job board themes
- Configure WordPress plugins related to job boards, such as WP Job Manager or similar
- Ensure that the website layout is intuitive and easy to navigate for both job seekers and recruiters
- Optimize the website for performance and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality
- Provide guidance on CMS usage for internal content management
- Proven experience in WordPress development, especially for job board or listing websites
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress customization
- Familiarity with job board plugins (e.g., WP Job Manager, Simple Job Board)
- Understanding of CMS integration and configuration
- Ability to implement custom search filters & job categories
- Experience with responsive design to ensure optimal user experience on different devices
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time
