The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be more than just a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic partner, an ambassador of our brand, and a driving force behind our talent strategy. You’ll take full ownership of hiring across multiple business units, focusing on commercial and product roles. This role is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by bringing in the talent that will fuel our growth and innovation.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead the entire recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to ensure we attract top-tier talent. Your day-to-day will involve much more than screening and interviewing—you’ll play a vital role in building our employer brand, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression of what it means to be part of BlueThrone.



Your Missio

Champion the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Own every step of the process for 5-8 roles across various departments, from creating engaging job descriptions to offers. You’ll be the go-to person for all things talent acquisition.

Be Our Brand Ambassador: As the face of BlueThrone to all candidates, you will communicate our culture, values, and opportunities, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Drive High-Volume Recruitment: Screen and assess over 1,000 applicants Monthly , maintaining speed and quality even in high-volume recruitment, while keeping a personal touch in every interaction.

Lead Employer Branding Initiatives: Partner with marketing to elevate BlueThrone’s employer brand. Showcase our unique culture and the exciting opportunities that lie within, ensuring that the world knows what it means to be part of BlueThrone.

Master the Tools of the Trade: Leverage Teamtailor (or similar ATS) to ensure smooth candidate pipelines, from first touch to final offer, while generating insights and reports to drive decisions.

Own the Interview Process: Conduct roughly 55% of your time in hands-on interviewing, identifying top talent with precision and care. Your insights will guide the business in making the right hiring decisions.

Partner with Leadership: Work closely with hiring managers, understanding their team needs and offering strategic input to ensure the best talent joins the team.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to optimize hiring processes, track recruitment performance, and make informed decisions to improve the candidate experience and hiring outcomes.

Maintain Time-to-Hire Excellence: Help us maintain and enhance our world-class time-to-hire of 28 days, ensuring we bring in the right talent quickly and effectively.


Your Expedition Toolki

A Scale-Up & Startup Expert: With 3-5 years of experience in scale-ups or startups, particularly in the B2C mobile app domain, you know what it takes to hire the best talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

A Proactive Self-Starter: You thrive when given the freedom to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently. You’re always ready to tackle new challenges head-on.

ATS Savvy: You have hands-on experience with Teamtailor (or a similar ATS), and you know how to keep things organized and efficient while managing high-volume pipelines.

Commercial & Product Hiring Pro: You have a proven track record of hiring for commercial and product roles, bringing in talent such as conversion rate optimizers, product managers, customer relations, and more.

Passionate About People: You love recruitment, not just as a job, but as a way to connect with people and create meaningful career opportunities for them.

Multilingual: Fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.) being a significant advantage.

Data-Driven Recruiter: You leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, continuously improving your hiring processes to deliver better outcomes.



The Interview Process 🪜
  • First Meeting: Connect with Head of People (hiring manager) for a mutual introduction and to see if we're a good fit (30-45 minutes).
  • Second Meeting: Meet our COO or Head of Staff (30mins)
  • Third Meeting: Meet our CEO (30-45 minutes)

On average, our process takes about 3-4 weeks. Speed is as important to us as it is to you. 💨
