- Further develop the WAN portfolio with a focus on Cloud Network connectivity
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements of Cloud Network Connectivity
- Define and document service-specific processes, adhering to central guidelines for process design
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Several years of professional experience in network management, preferably with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures
- Implementation of a cloud connectivity solution with proactive management by a provider
- Extensive knowledge in SDN (Software Defined Networking), cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cloud network connectivity solutions
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
