About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mid-level to Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our product development efforts and drive innovation for our SaaS platform. This role is critical to our company's growth, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide product development, identify and prioritize features, and ensure our products meet both market and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and iteration based on user feedback.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder, CTO, product operations, customer success, and design teams to align product goals with business objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals, driving user engagement and satisfaction.
• Market & User Research: Gather requirements from users, prospects, and sales to prioritize product features and identify new opportunities.
• Project Management: Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis (including SQL) to measure the impact of product changes and continuously improve the product.
  
  
  

Must-Haves

• Proven track record in improving user engagement and satisfaction through product improvements.
• Experience in launching new products or features from ideation to successful market adoption.
• Strong data analysis skills, including creating reports and queries using SQL.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Directness and openness in communication.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Analytical and thoughtful in decision-making.
  
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Enterprise software, marketplaces, or Industry 4.0.
• Background in software development or data science.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and integration with leading ERPs (e.g., SAP).
• German language skills
