Remote Remote UX Designer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote UX Designer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.

This position is 100% Remote.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment from concept to execution. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation.
• Understand customers and their needs through customer research and feedback.
• Use business requirements to help develop use cases and high-level requirements.
• Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Influence and inspire team & executive audiences by crafting stories using data that elicit empathy and buy-in.
• Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions.
• Communicate design decision rationale.
• Develop, pitch, and validate long-term design strategies.
• Continually iterate and evolve the way we design for and learn from our customers and educate design & PM peers.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of related experience
• Bachelors degree in related fields
