We are looking for a Power BI Developer, to be part of our team of consultants and to help our client.

 Requirement Gathering Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate

them into technical specifications.

 Data Modeling Design and develop efficient data models using Power BI, ensuring data integrity and

performance optimization.

 Report Development Create, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needs

and provide actionable insights.

 Data Integration Integrate data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, cloud services) into Power

BI, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.

 Dashboard Design Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate

complex data insights.

 Data Visualization Implement advanced data visualization techniques to highlight key trends, patterns, and

outliers.

 Performance Optimization Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and

dashboards to ensure quick loading times and responsiveness.

 Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather feedback

and make necessary improvements to reports and dashboards.

 Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data sources, and data models.

 Innovation Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the BI reporting landscape.

 Security and Governance Ensure compliance with data governance policies and implement appropriate

security measures to protect sensitive data.


Requisitos


 Five-year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent

 5+ Years of experience developing Power BI reports, DAX in Power BI desktop and Service

 5+ Years of experience developing in M language (Power Query Code)

 5+ Years of technical background in analytical and BI roles

 Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts

 Excellent data visualization and design skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to work independently and to work and connect with a wide variety of teams

 Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
