- Engage with the existing database to identify potential property leads
- Proactively source new business opportunities and expand the client database
- Identify clients ready to move and gather recommendations for new leads
- Collaborate with a small team to achieve lead generation goals
- Provide detailed reports on leads and conversions
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, ideally in property or real estate
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Own office setup (computer, reliable internet, phone)
- Strong proficiency in using CRMs and managing databases
- Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in South Africa
