We are currently recruiting for a Modern Workplace Architect to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Role Requirements
As a Modern Workplace Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading and championing the ModernWorkplace and digital transformation roadmap, with a strong focus on customer experience and security. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of the modern workplace infrastructure.
You will be architecting, deploying, and administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online,SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. You will also manage M365 user accounts, licenses, and security settings, and ensure integration with on-premises infrastructure.
You will also be expected to design and deliver Windows builds in conjunction with Modern Workplace Services team within the corporate estate, administering devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM. As well as planning and executing on-premises infrastructure migration to Microsoft 365 and ensure secure data migration.
The Individual
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have experience in modern workplace technologies: Microsoft 365,Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, device management (particularly Intune), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and virtual desktop infrastructure.
You will also have expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace solutions within a corporate environment. As well as this you will have excellent communication skills for technical and cross-functional collaboration. Coupled with problem-solving and analytical abilities for infrastructure optimization.
