About our client:
An industry-leading and fast-growing Association Management company that provides extraordinary services to different states around the United States and a unique opportunity for its team members to develop and grow their careers.
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact and support the following activities:
- Communicate with customers, team members, and partners in the property management environment via phone and email.
- Navigate various systems to field questions that callers may have regarding billing, statements, fees, HOA rules, repairs, and other property management-related inquiries.
- Document information from each call to keep the systems up to date.
- Become an HOA expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver extraordinary customer care.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners through consistently effective communication and teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- Regular Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX
- Daylight saving in the USA: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
This position is remote. You can apply from Mexico City, Jalisco, or states around them (you must live within a 6-hour driving distance).

After the 3-month fixed-term contract, we add the following:
- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city)

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- 2 years of experience in a call center for American Customers.
- Extraordinary customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy.
- Strong typing skills (40 WPM).
