As a Project Coordinator R&D (f/m/d) you'll support our software development scrum teams in the planning and realization of projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strong mix of project management skills, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of agile processes.

Your responsibilities

• Creating and monitoring project plans, objectives and milestones
• Creating transparency on project statuses
• Support in defining objectives and suitable KPIs
• Close exchange with stakeholders
• Consistent training in agile methodology

What you bring

• You have at least three years of experience in an agile project management role and in traditional deadline-driven projects in software development
• You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and overcome obstacles
• You have a deep understanding of all activities related to software development
• You bring a willingness to communicate in German & English, both verbally and in writing (at least B2)
