Responsibilities
At FullStack, we are dedicated to providing top-notch staffing solutions to our clients. Our team is composed of passionate individuals who strive for excellence in every project we undertake. As a growing consultancy, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staffing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining internal systems of record, including but not limited to HubSpot, internal spreadsheets, and proprietary tools.
- Inputting client hiring requirements data accurately into HubSpot, ensuring all information is up-to-date and aligned with client needs.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and ensuring accuracy of output.
- Developing and maintaining candidate profiles for presentation to clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance to client requirements.
- Delivering informational and technical materials to clients and the Recruiting team.
- Collaborating closely with the Customer Success Team and Sales to ensure seamless coverage of positions.
- Coordinating staffing needs with other departments such as Sales, Recruiting, and Client Success.
- Liaising with Sales to understand client requirements and timelines.
- Working closely with the Recruiting team to match candidates with available positions.
- Collaborating with the Client Success Team to address client staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in staffing, recruiting, or an administrative role.
- Demonstrated understanding of IT terminology, processes, and systems to effectively communicate with technical teams and troubleshoot any issues related to staffing software or platforms.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and precision in work.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Proven track record of using lists and reminders to effectively manage tasks.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
