Our client, a prestigious B2B provider of luxury eyewear accessories, is dedicated to offering exceptional
products that combine style and functionality. As they continue to expand their influence in the luxury
market, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative who is adept at re-engaging inactive leads
and moving them along the sales pipeline.
This role is vital for engaging prospects who have shown interest and guiding them to close their first order
through excellent communication and follow-up.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Monthly payment: $3000- $3500
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Conversion: Contact prospects who have completed the inquiry form, guiding them through
the purchasing process and addressing any questions to close their first order.
● Client Interaction: Communicate with clients through email and phone calls, following a specific
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in sales interactions.
● Sales Process Management: Follow the established sales process to engage and move warm leads
along the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to satisfied customer.
● Question Resolution: Provide timely and accurate responses to prospective client inquiries, helping
to resolve any issues and facilitating a positive decision-making process.
● Reporting and Feedback: Keep detailed records of interactions and provide feedback on the sales
process to help refine strategies and improve client engagement.
What a Success Looks Like:
● High Conversion Rates: Successfully convert a high percentage of contacted leads into completed
sales, demonstrating effectiveness in following up and closing deals.
● Positive Client Feedback: Receive positive feedback from clients regarding the clarity and
helpfulness of your communications, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and retention.
● Efficient Process Adherence: Excellently manage sales tasks by adhering to the company's SOPs,
showing proficiency in navigating sales tools and procedures.
Qualifications:
● Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting business and negotiations
proficiently in both languages.
● Proven Sales Ability: Experience in sales, especially in B2B environments.
● Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly
and persuasively in both written and spoken forms.
● Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in client communications
and data handling.
● Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, capable of juggling multiple tasks
and adapting to evolving client needs.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms and familiar with conducting business over digital
communication tools
