Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic remote team. The primary goal of this role is to conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries, all while maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, be comfortable with high call volumes, and have a good history with CRM software. Career Advancements This role serves as a starting point for the right candidate to progress into our commercial department, with opportunities to move into more senior roles. Further development into our software sales department is also possible, involving high-value sales with substantial rewards. We are building a unique solution and need great people to help us achieve this. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information regarding our waste management services. Conduct outbound sales calls to secure new business. Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed and organized customer database using CRM software. Ensure a smooth delivery for clients, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for business growth. Soft Requirements Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of sales cycles, both long and short. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High proficiency with technology and software tools. Familiarity with the waste management industry is advantageous but not essential. Hardware Requirements Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications). Call centre style headset with microphone. Dedicated fibre optic broadband line (not shared). Home workstation with a quiet working environment. Working webcam. Ability to perform role play scenarios during the interview process. Hours 8am

5 day working week) Compensation and Benefits £30,000 Competitive base salary to start with Uncapped On target earnings OTE of £40,000 Comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans and professional development opportunities.
