- Provide executive assistant support including client interfacing, email and calendar management, and travel coordination
- Assist in the development of communications and content such as presentations, expense reports, and webinars
- Support operations by creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows
- Administer tasks associated with CRM software to ensure efficient operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working remotely for at least 2 years
- Proficiency in common online programs and software
- Availability to work during business hours Monday - Friday
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
- Familiarity with Asana, WordPress, MailChimp, and other online programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
