- Assist in developing communications and content, conducting research tasks, and implementing digital marketing plans
- Support operations by creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and CRM tasks
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports
- Availability during business hours Monday - Friday
- Proficiency in MS Office, online programs/software, and a reliable internet connection
- Experience working remotely preferred
- Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
- Proficiency in Asana, WordPress, MailChimp, Hootsuite, G Suite, and other online programs/software
