- Assist with the development of communications and content, research tasks, and implementing digital marketing plans
- Support operations by creating, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows
- Handle admin tasks associated with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports for executives
- Available to work during business hours Monday to Friday
- Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
- Proficiency in common online programs/software
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Asana, WordPress, MailChimp, and other online programs/software
