What You'll Need to be Successful
Job Responsibilities
- Manage operations with a focus on Turn Around Time and Quality.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, execute, control, and complete assigned projects.
- Diligently manage and coordinate projects, adhering to timelines.
- Implement process improvement strategies, policies, and processes to enhance performance.
- Monitor client projects and solve issues to maintain progress.
- Use analytical skills to document business processes and recommend best practices for tax automation plans.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of team processes.
- Conduct performance discussions and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- You should have 8+ years of experience in a shared services model, managing teams and engaging with stakeholders outside India.
- 5 years of people manager with people development, morale building, and process migration experience.
- Independently execute plans, anticipating operational exigencies.
- Organize and classify data, draws logical conclusions, and identify solutions to address issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders towards strategic goals, handling conflict and facilitating resolution.
- Ability of making both right and difficult decisions, functioning as a partner with onshore management.
- Determine long and short-term implications of actions while solving problems with an appetite for problem-solving.
- Experience with sales tax compliance
- Worked in a leadership role managing multiple functional stakeholders (internal and external).
- Experience managing team
