- Expert Consultation: Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring training materials are comprehensive and aligned with industry standards.
- Material Validation: Review and validate instructional materials developed by the Principal Trainer and Training Content Developer, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Advanced Support: Offer advanced support during training sessions, particularly for complex Health Cloud functionalities.
- Customization and Optimization: Assist in customizing the Salesforce Health Cloud setup for UChicago Medicine, aligning it with specific business needs and workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and best practices, incorporating them into training content as necessary.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, including significant experience with Health Cloud.
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Health Cloud certification or equivalent experience is required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into effective training materials and user guidance.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner for non-technical users.
