In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients who utilize our online marketplace. Your expertise will help customers navigate the platform effectively, ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of our online marketplace via email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding platform features, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
• Guide customers through the process of using the marketplace, ensuring they receive the necessary support to maximize their experience.
• Document issues and interactions in our support system for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Stay informed about marketplace updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying technical concepts.
• Familiarity with support software and online marketplace functioning is a plus.
