Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel plans via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide customers with clear information regarding reservation details, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers in making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Effectively manage customer complaints or concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest services, promotions, and policies related to Booking.com to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
