We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill the Dutch Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding complex logistics, supply chain inquiries, and delivery status updates.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy within supply chain management systems to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Proactively troubleshoot potential delivery delays, providing real-time solutions to maintain customer satisfaction in the logistics sector.
• Collaborate with international warehouse partners to optimize delivery routes and supply chain efficiency for the Benelux region.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless onboarding and relocation.
• Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Service is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for our premium clients.
