Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support or logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics management tools is advantageous.
