Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the program’s outputs and capabilities to cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. This role ensures seamless collaboration between internal teams and external clients to drive successful project execution and long-term relationship growth. The Project Manager identifies and develops opportunities for process improvement and proactively addresses challenges to optimize engagement strategies.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

Project Management - 100%

  • Manage client interactions from initial intake to execution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes within the desired timeline.
  • Drive projects to completion by effectively executing against objectives, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key partners across both the supply and demand sides of Inlightened’s business to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through the successful execution of projects and consistent, high-quality communication.

Secondary Functions (If Applicable):

  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

Supervisory/Budgetary/External Communication Responsibility:

  • Communicates with external clients and providers

Qualifications – Education, Work Experience, Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 6-9 years of related experience required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Physical, Mental, Working Condition, and Travel Requirements:

  • Typical office environment - sedentary with typing, writing, reading requirements. May be able to sit or stand.
  • Speaking, reading, writing, ability to use a telephone and computer
  • Ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
  • Ability to interpret various instructions
  • Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
