Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Danish and English regarding their banking needs and inquiries.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on banking policies and market trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales capacity, is required.
• Demonstrated sales skills with a history of achieving sales objectives.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and integrate into a new working environment.
