The Land Technician 3 assists professional surveyors and/or higher-level technicians in the performance of field survey work in Location and Survey.
Two years of experience in an environmental science, engineering or engineering technology, spatial and mapping technology, forestry, ecology, land surveying, land management, or operation and/or maintenance of mobile equipment; OR
Twelve semester hours in either architecture, cartography, construction, drafting, engineering, GIS, a physical science, or in an industrial or mathematics discipline.

Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment or Detail to Special Duty
Compensation: This position is eligible for premium pay of $2.00 per hour worked.
