Altom Transport requires qualified, safety-focused drivers operating late-model equipment that meets Altom’s inspection standards. The following requirements reflect Altom’s strict hiring, compliance, and safety expectations:
Altom supports its “mission first, safety always” culture through mandatory onboarding and training, quarterly safety meetings, emergency response compliance, DOT and hazmat awareness testing, safety technology such as forward-facing cameras and governed equipment, incident investigation programs, RCMS/HSE standards, and PPE replacement guidelines.
