Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to Dutch-speaking Odido customers in the telecommunications sector.
• Resolve inquiries regarding mobile plans, fiber internet, and television services with a customer-centric approach.
• Ensure efficient navigation through complex telecommunications CRM systems to update client information.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Odido, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects a premium standard of service.
• Identify customer needs and offer relevant telecommunications product upgrades or solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Maintain detailed logs of service requests, technical issues, and solutions provided within the internal database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot network-related issues to ensure seamless connectivity for subscribers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this telecommunications role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the European Union.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to work in a remote environment within Greece.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills tailored to a technical service environment.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new telecommunications technologies and service protocols.
