Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Attorney to support a federal government agency.

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and court submissions.
  • Legal research and writing.
  • Document review.
  • Asist in the interpretation of laws, ruling, and regulations.
  • Review case files and make corrections.
  • Preparing exhibits and demonstratives.
  • Research companies and individuals using open source and proprietary databases.
  • Identify, contact, and interview potential consumer and other witnesses.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate and JD required.
  • Must be an active Bar member in good standing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of legal experience required.
  • Prior document review experience required. Experience with Relativity a plus.
  • Experience with computer databases, online research tools (i.e., Lexis and Westlaw), spreadsheets, and word processing software.
  • Excellence in written and spoken communication.
  • Impeccable work ethic.
