The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the support, coordination, and implementation of marketing and public relations initiatives for the Woodlands Resort.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing material used to promote The Woodlands Resort, The Westin and Embassy Suites.
- Provide administrative support to the Director Marketing to effectively implement sales and marketing efforts.
- Act as liaison and support to public relations efforts to implement PR campaign
- Act as liaison and support to advertising efforts to implement advertising campaign.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information of our Website.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Website Design/Management
- Able to accept and provide constructive criticism as it pertains to individual and team development.
- Experience in production and layout of print support material
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, additional language ability is a plus, however, not required.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility. This is a demanding business and it requires you manage multiple priorities while meeting varying deadlines, but it’s also a lot of fun!
- Experience. Previous experience passionately providing service to others and providing administrative support in a team oriented environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
