The Bill Dodge Auto Group is in search of an experienced Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent, verifiable, payroll experience, is detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills, and is proficient in Excel. This opportunity is a Monday through Friday full time position offering a 32 hour work week.

 The pay range is $27.50- $29.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes weekly payroll for all employees and runs all payroll reports weekly, including time card management
  • Manages PTO accruals and calculation of PTO rates for flat-rate employees. Tracks and accounts for any PTO administered outside of the PTO policy
  • Maintains Employee A/R accounts and payroll deduction
  • Benefit Administration including insurance, uniforms, etc. 
  • Processes all new hire paperwork, transfers, pay changes, and terminations on a weekly basis

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Experience using payroll software or a HRIS as an administrator is required. ADP Workforce Now, strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, make sound decisions, and be open to process changes and improvements
  • Must have a positive attitude and be willing to support all employees with payroll and benefit concerns

Please note, this is a Monday – Friday, in-person, full-time position offering a 32 Hour work week.
