The National Alliance to End Homelessness (Alliance) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to creating solutions to homelessness. We are seeking a driven and creative Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing the Alliance’s digital presence and expanding our online community to further drive advocacy, engagement, and awareness for our mission.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Specialist with expertise in crafting engaging digital, email marketing, social media, and Web content and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital communications tools and platforms, will be passionate about using them to further the Alliance’s mission of ending homelessness, and will be rigorous in their evaluation. They will be able to communicate effectively across teams, respond to fast-changing situations, and be excited to contribute to ending homelessness.
What you will do:
The Digital Communications Specialist will work closely with the Communications Team to develop and execute digital strategies, focusing on email marketing, social media, and the organization’s Web presence.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Communications Specialist reports directly to the VP, Communications and will perform other duties as assigned.

The Alliance’s salary ranges are designed to support growth and advancement within each role. Starting salaries typically fall above the lower end of the posted range but do not exceed the midpoint. Salaries above the midpoint at hire are uncommon. Final salary offers are based on a candidate’s relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.
