Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Staffing Assistant in our Home Health Office in Waite Park! CentraCare Home Health provides hospital-based home health to patients in communities that we serve across the heart of Central Minnesota. The Staffing Assistant participates in the coordination and appropriate allocation of personnel to the patients of Home Health and Hospice based on patient census/acuity data; assists with statistical information, follows and supports personnel policies and procedures. In this role, you will support and assist a team, including the Clinical Specialist RNs, other Clinical Staffing/Support Assistants and clinicians. The Staffing Assistant must be organized as they will be responsible for scheduling, copying and faxing documentation to clinics and hospitals, answering phones and speaking with hospice family members and providers along with other duties. This position will have a lot of variety and will interact with staff.
Schedule
- Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Hybrid work schedule
- Marketplace Office Waite Park with opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week
- Day shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $18.38 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $17.95 - $27.61 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
- Ability to be flexible and work well with others
- Computer data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computerized staffing/scheduling experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
