The Human Resources Coordinator facilitates human resources processes to support effective and efficient operations of Dynamo’s Talent Management (HR) department. This role administers a variety of complex and routine services such as onboarding/offboarding staff, administering various human resources programs and initiatives, managing and overseeing records, generating reports and fostering positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This role will require 2 days a week on-site (Tuesday & Thursday) at our Vienna, VA Headquarters Office.
