What You’ll Do:

 

 

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and continuous operations.
  • Wrangle, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights related to performance, operations, and financial KPIs, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with data and cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines, define data sources and metrics, and document processes and solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support stakeholder and leadership decision-making through data-driven approaches.
  • Apply statistical knowledge to build and deploy AI/ML models for predictive forecasting, including techniques such as regression, clustering, and decision trees.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and transform operations through data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and emerging technologies.

 

 

What You Bring:

  • A passion for data and a strong understanding of large datasets, including how to search, correlate, and extract actionable insights.
  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset—always asking questions and leveraging available tools to find answers.
  • Ability to quickly absorb new information and apply it effectively, with a knack for generating innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, and platforms like Databricks and Snowflake for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data wrangling, and cleansing techniques.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Skilled in developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports, with the ability to communicate results clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
