You’re not here to maintain the status quo — you're here to transform how a business learns, grows, and scales. As our Senior Program Manager, L&D, you’ll lead a team of Program Managers who serve as strategic partners across the enterprise — designing and delivering learning solutions that are deeply aligned to business goals, built to scale, and measured for impact.

This is not a content development role. It’s a high-visibility leadership position at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise learning.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead & Coach a team of Program Managers to deliver consistent, high-impact learning solutions using the ADDIE framework.
  • Be the Bridge between L&D and business/HR leadership — translating strategy into actionable learning plans.
  • Partner Across Functions — from curriculum design to delivery to operations — to ensure flawless execution.
  • Set the Standard for scalable programs, measurable outcomes, and innovative learner experiences.
  • Report What Matters — from business impact to long-term program ROI, you’ll keep senior leadership in the loop.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in L&D, with 3+ years managing teams and leading complex learning initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of ADDIE and modern instructional design — and how to scale them.
  • Proven success aligning learning to business priorities and reporting on measurable outcomes.
  • Executive-level presence, strong stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

This Role is For You If...

  • You think like a consultant but lead like an operator.
  • You know great learning doesn’t just support strategy — it enables it.
  • You avoid transactional learning and focus on programs that scale and stick.
  • You ask, “How will we measure this?” before a program even begins.

Sound Like You?

Apply now and bring your vision, strategy, and leadership to a team that’s redefining how learning drives business forward.
