Position Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Guide & Finance Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines front-end vehicle sales with back-end finance and insurance (F&I) responsibilities. You'll guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey - from selection to test drive to final financing - while providing honest, helpful, and knowledgeable support at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

   Sales Duties: 

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of KIA models, trims, features, and pricing
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM entries

   Finance Duties:

• Present and explain financing and leasing options clearly
• Sell F&I products such as extended warranties, protection plans and insurance packages
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare and review all documents for accuracy and completeness

What We're Looking For: 

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence with technology and dealership CRM tools
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
• A positive attitude and a desire to succeed

What We Offer: 

• Non-Commission pay plan. Base Salary + Bonuses based on volume and production. Earn $50,000 to $120,000+

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
