In this role you will:
● Perform detailed analysis and design based on user requirements
● Investigate and modify computer programs to resolve user-reported issues
● Write and test computer code based on batch or online design specifications
● Modify and enhance computer applications as needed
● Create or modify applications, reports, files, database tables, and documentation
● Set up batch job scripts and document required parameters

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with users across departments and be prepared to work overtime when necessary—particularly for installations or implementations during off-hours to avoid disrupting system users. They will leverage solid expertise in Excel, Access, Visual Basic .NET, ASP .NET, and C#. NET to build both client/server and web‑based applications, and they will design and execute SQL queries and database structures with exceptional accuracy in their code. Effective communication skills, both with end users and technical colleagues, are essential alongside strong system analysis and design capabilities. A methodical, logical approach to problem-solving, grounded in the rigors of analysis, design, and development, is expected; the candidate should have an educational foundation equivalent to two years of college coursework in computer programming, complemented by at least two years of professional programming experience. Additionally, the candidate must provide information necessary to pass a criminal background investigation, hold a valid class D driver’s license, and submit proof of insurance on a bi‑annual basis.
