Intern – Business Analyst

What is an Intern – Business Analyst?
The Intern – Business Analyst will execute daily transactional processing within our SAP ERP system and logistics related to Sales Order Management. In addition, this role will support the organization in sales reporting and analysis.

In this role, you will:

·         Sales quote generation and order creating

·         Process invoices

·         Sales reporting, presentation creating and price analysis for quoting

·         Produce sales revenue forecast

·         Support the Oso Operations Manager in their responsibilities, as needed

·         Reporting on other items as necessary e.g. financial data, transaction data

·         Travel 3-4 times a year (must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company driver requirement to operate a company vehicle while traveling)

·         Perform other duties, as assigned, that supports Oso’s business 

Required and Preferred Experience:

·         Detail oriented to ensure accuracy

·         Work at a moderate skill level in the MS Office suite

·         Understanding of quote to cash, purchase to pay, record to report business processes, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow financial statements

·         Presentation skills

·         ERP

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

·         Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to manipulate with fingers, handle, or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands and arms

·         Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. (SEF Energy employees shall not manually lift an item weighing more than 50 lbs., they shall utilize mechanical assistance devices. If mechanical assistance devices are not available, utilize a team lift.)

·         Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts

·         Ability to see at a close distance (clear vision at 20 inches or less), see at a long distance (clear vision at 20 feet or more), identify and distinguish colors, observe an area that can be seen up and down or left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point, judge distances and spatial relationships, three-dimensional vision, adjust focus (adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus

·         Quiet to moderate noise 

Education:

·         High school diploma or GED required

·         Bachelor’s degree required – Business Management, Marketing or Finance
