Regardless of the position one holds, each team member brings their talent and desire to positively impact the environment and lives of others in a refreshing, vibrant, and inclusive culture.
The Modeling and Performance Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and testing fixed wing and vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft performance. They will work with component and aircraft-level test data to identify improvements in underlying models to better estimate and optimize aircraft performance. They will also develop and maintain company performance tools that are validated, traceable, and scalable. This role will span both R&D and Certification activities, supporting concepts from design through flight test demonstrations of regulatory requirements.
