This mid-junior position is designed to support the APJ Marketing team across marketing operations, campaign & ABM execution, and budget management. The Marketing Specialist will split their time between ANZ regional marketing support and marketing operations activities, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, processes, and key regional programs.

Responsibilities:

APJ Marketing Operations (50%):

• Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns and programs, including campaign tagging, email builds, webinars, list uploads, and reporting.
• Maintain data hygiene and enrichment within marketing systems like Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo.
• Monitor campaign execution SLAs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Support lead flow management, ensuring leads are properly synced and routed between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Analyse marketing operations performance data to generate insights and optimise processes.
• Provide reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and regional adoption.
• Work closely with the Global Marketing Operations team to ensure existing company-wide processes and best practices are adhered to in the APJ Region.
• Execute global campaigns, including scheduling, building emails, and preparing webinars.

APJ Marketing Support (50%):

• Assist in managing the APJ marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with field marketing managers to support localised programs and campaigns, aligning with regional pipeline goals.
• Support the ANZ market through events, branding, and process adherence to ensure consistency and impact.
• Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and budget reconciliation processes.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a similar role (B2B technology experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated proficiency with a marketing automation tool (preferably Marketo) and a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse reports and identify actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of campaign execution and operations processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets and Slides).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of marketing attribution models, lead scoring, or ABM tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing practices, including webinars, events, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with regional APJ or ANZ markets and cultural nuances.
