
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate Customer Care Officer to join our team at Stockland Shellharbour Shopping Centre. This casual role is based at our Customer Care Desk and plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting the Centre Management team.
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays is essential. Hours will vary, with increased demand during peak periods (e.g. November–December), and flexibility required for last-minute coverage.
Your tasks will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service aligned with Stockland’s brand essence
- Managing enquiries, gift card transactions, and roaming customer support
- Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre
- Gathering and communicating customer feedback, compliments, and complaints
- Supporting centre operations and maintaining OH&S standards
- Assisting with public liability incident processes and campaign implementation
To be successful in this role you:
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- A proactive, calm, and resilient attitude
- Sound administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
