POSITION SUMMARY:

Pink Jeep Tours is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager and General Manager (GM) in Sedona, AZ. We are looking for someone who can actively lead our Customer Service and Tour Guide teams ensuring quality operations, safe business practices and exceptional customer service at all levels.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in the tourism or hospitality industry. 

 Qualifications & Experience

• Prior leadership experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and prioritize in a positive and productive manner
• Tour Guide experience a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, and PowerPoint
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Effective time management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner

 Essential Physical Requirements

• This position is a combination of management, administrative, and field work.
• Position involves sitting for travel and office work, walking, and ability to move around the office to perform duties
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to use computers, phone systems, calculators, copiers and general office equipment
• Operations Supervisors occasionally conduct tours
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Must have a good Driving Record
• Must be 25 years of age or older for driving responsibilities
• Able to walk or hike on uneven terrain and stand for long periods
