Requirements
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and clean data.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities.
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Create and execute targeted sales/marketing campaigns through CRM.
- Track and report key KPIs like customer satisfaction, churn, and retention.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with vendors/IT support when required.
- Document CRM processes for continuous improvement.
