You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, early enough to influence the direction of the platform, but backed by a successful company with a clear go-to-market strategy and hundreds of internal users already using and scaling with the product.

Built to be an internal engine with client-facing elements, Abstrakt Intelligence is designed to streamline how our business operates. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience building scalable, datadriven applications to join our Product and Engineering team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product leadership and business stakeholders to support everything from lead prioritization to dynamic talk tracks and ultimately, help shape a platform that directly impacts how our teams and clients operate every day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, test, and deploy web applications that support marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead management.
  • Work with front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, Python, or similar frameworks. 
  • Optimize database structures and API integrations for seamless system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience and functionality. 
  • Maintain code quality through version control, testing, and documentation. 
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and system performance. 
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and Apex. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development using modern frameworks. 
  • Proficient in Python, with experience building APIs using FastAPI, and working with SQLAlchemy and Alembic for database modeling and migrations.
  • Skilled in Vue.js 3 (Composition API) and Bootstrap for building responsive and component-based UIs.
  • Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization. 
  • Hands-on experience with Git and Docker for containerized development and deployment. 
  • Familiarity with API integrations, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and general DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in a sales or marketing-driven environment is a plus. 

Preferred: Experience with PHP, Symfony framework, and Salesforce API.
